This Dolibarr module allows you to make an inventory on the date of your choice, and to update the stock on this date, while taking into account the inputs / outputs made (customer order, supplier order, ...)

Installation

Unzip the module under dolibarr / htdocs

Activate the module

Ability to assign usage and / or update permissions.

Use

The module can be found under the 'product' menu

Step1

Select your warehouse if you are in multi-warehouses

Select your inventory date

The list of products is displayed with the stock on the date previously selected.

A csv export from the list is possible by clicking on the icon on the right.

Step2

Enter stock changes on the screen

or Edit the previously exported file and import it

the modifications generated by the input or by the import will appear on the screen

Notes**

• A non-existent product in base will be created

• If a price is entered, it will change the weighted average price of the product.

Step3

Click on 'correct stock', the updates will then be injected.

Example

Today the product 0412gl has 4 units in stock

At March 31, the inventory indicates a zero stock for the product 0412gl

But our physical inventory on March 31st indicated that we had on this date 1 unit in stock We therefore correct the stock by indicating '1' as stock for the product 0412gl

We validate the entry by clicking on 'correct stock'

We can see that now we have 5 products in stock

In the list of movements, we can see the writing of the movement
